I was so blessed to meet Layton Ford in 1990. We shared a common interest in running and similar experiences in terms of our childhood.
We loved the outdoors. Hunting land fishing were a part of our DNA. A love for God and some basic principles of life had been nurtured in us.
Here we are 28 years later … another fishing trip. This time with my son and son-in-law. This place is a beautiful gift from friendship. When you invite someone into your world there is always a risk … especially when you invite them into the most beautiful places.
I wonder what the world would look like with enough risk-takers?
Thanks for this Layton.
Well Karl, we are all fishers of men. My rule is to hook and release but when you get that lunker you sometimes decide this one is for the trophy wall. I kept you for my trophy wall and I am glad that I did. Life changed that day and was never the same.
Me and Billy Bass. Glad for that my friend.
